HELOC Qualifying

I was hoping to get some advice. 

My wife and I want to get a HELOC

My scores are 615,622 and 664. My wife's scores are all in the high 700's

New York

LTV under 33%

With my income DTI is under 30%, with just hers it is 50-55%

We only want a HELOC, 100K Credit Line.

Any advice on banks that can do this? Thanks.
