We close on our new house in 10 days and my husband just got a $1,300 old dr bill thrown on his credit in collections!! It dropped his score from 704 to 675!!! Is Chase going to rerun our credit?? First pulled Jan 8th or not since its barely 30 days.......is this going to change anything since we already locked in our rate ect.
