I'm trying to find a home in the 250-300k price range. My scores are EQ 709, TU 738, EX 724. No baddies on report. 8% utilization, 101k salary income, 100% on time payment history. 11 accounts, 1.6 years aaoa, in the next 30 days my student loans should show up giving me 5.9 aaoa. I have 15k for a down payment. I'm not sure what kind of loan to go for but it will be 30 year. Any advice?
